This is one of my favorite albums in the universe, although I haven't heard it in a while. No-Man is a side project of multi-instrumentalist Steven Wilson (of Porcupine Tree). It is very spacey and ambient, but these 8 tracks are chilling and beautiful. I recall "Truenorth" and "Pigeon Drummer" as being my favorite tracks.
